What are your operating hours?
You can contact us anytime from 8:30-5:30 EST Monday through Friday.

What about privacy and security?
No information we collect for order processing or from inquiries is shared with any other company. Your information is only used to contact you when necessary. Your payment method information is only used to bill you for products and services ordered.

2. Products/Ordering

What is the guarantee of the quality of used or refurbished products?
We make sure that all the products go through our proprietary ITA™ or Inspection-Testing-Assurance approach. We provide the products for resale only if they pass through our rigorous (above-mentioned) approach.

What is VarData’s warranty?
We give a warranty of one-year, unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.

Can we purchase maintenance on the products VarData sells?
Yes, all products purchased from VarData are eligible for manufacturer’s maintenance or through VarData’s third-party maintenance program.

What is your RMA process?
VarData offers an advance replacement program for all products that fail during the warranty period.
