VarData Achieves ISO 9001:2008 Certification

VarData, LLC is proud to announce their achievement of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2008 certification. ISO is imperative to any company where quality of service to their customers is a top priority. VarData has been working diligently over the last year creating Quality Management System (QMS) policies and procedures to reflect this commitment. The policies and procedures assures that VarData is meeting all customer satisfaction and quality requirements as well as continued improvement to ensure all requirements are being met and exceeded.

ISO 9001:2008 is a voluntary certification which focuses on maintaining and improving customer service and quality requirements. In creating VarData’s QMS, the company went through an intensive process to define the requirements of our customers and the quality issues as well as the core business process in which VarData will live by. After defining the requirements, satisfaction surveys were sent out to the customer base as well as within the organization. The responses to the survey provided the data needed to determine where improvements were needed. Once the improvements were identified and corrected, controls were put in place to ensure top quality to VarData and its customers.

VarData’s quality policy states that: “VarData prospects, purchases, and delivers products and services that continually meet or exceed customer requirements for quality and on-time delivery, and creates sustainable value to the organization and its employees”. The ISO 9001:2008 certification reflects that this policy truly lives within the VarData culture and organization.
